Graphics and game play BF3 wins hands down. But still MW3 will sell more due to there fanbase

I hope the BugAtti Veyron and Lamborghini countach cockpit will look great. It still sucks that you cannot personalize your car, creating your own decals and paint job and art. I love to have my won car paint job and decals. And the premium cars you can change the rims. Maybe this features will come out next year.
