"Randoms is always trolling and a waste of time."
Well I must say that goes almost with every online game I've played. All online games are better with friends.
I play in "Invite only session" with my friends and the loading times are actually pretty short but when joining random lobbies they are quite bad..
Keeping my ps3 because of gta and bluray..
It should still look noticeably better than ps3/360 gen...
Journey is a great experience. It's not a game that you pick up when you feel like competing and having action. Quiet room and Journey on the big screen with it's beautiful soundtrack is unbelievably relaxing..
I think it's great fun with friends when you get to the bigger jobs. It could be better but GTA online is a step towards to gta game with proper co op story so it's important that they did it..
Well they coul make a prequel..
Well maybe you just have to have a good imagination to enjoy your free time in gta..
I see everyone talking about how the TLOU story was better than GTA V and I might agree there but GTA is much more than that. I played TLOU and it had a great story but it didn't offer me anything else. For some people that might be enough but GTA V offers so much more..
TLOU would win story category hands down but as a whole game that lasts longer GTA V is better for me.
Fair enough but I can't understand the logic that when shooting is apparently meant to be bad it's a good thing but when it's just generally bad the game sucks?
I hate to hear when people say gta is so called "milked franchise".. The last game came out 2008 and gta v improved many aspects from it so how is it milked?! COD is milked because it comes out every year and doesn't improve much. There is a difference..
AllroundGamer "That" one didn't have over 10 million people pushing the servers and massive open world with good amount of NPCs "living" in the world.. just saying.
Don't know how do you get so many disagrees because you're right.. It is a technical achievement on current gen and I would be delighted to hear, why it isn't for some people.
The amount of detail the game has is very impressive and it's a bit sad that many people won't even see or experience them.
Well as bad as the GTA V shooting is, I wouldn't say TLOU has much better shooting itself.. TLOU had a great story and it looks good but it feels very clumsy and bored me more than GTA V..
Now that the GTA online works pretty well it's definately my favourite out of these two.
There is some weird shit going on in your game.. I have ps3 and haven't had any of those issues. Maybe you have 360 or downloaded version..
What are these glitches in SP people are talking about?!
The only annoying glitch that I've faced was the garage glitch.. Some people had those endless spawning characters but it's hardly anything gamebreaking..
5 years of game making is not rushed.. The game is just so huge and complex that there will always be problems! The same thing happened with skyrim.. huge amount of updates at the beginning!
Rockstar should've said that the online is now in BETA because that's what it really feels like.. Then they wouldn't get this amount of shit at them.
I do agree it would look and feel even better with next gen.. But it still looks and feels good. I'm actually a bit scared how high peoples hopes are rising for smoothness and graphics if gta v is a dissapointment in those areas.
Are people complaining if games aren't looking like real life in 10 years, where does it end? :S
May I ask what are the limitations you are facing? For me the game looks amazing and I've had no problems other than very few tiny framerate drops when there is many things going on at the same time..
I must disagree with this a little.. While I love artistic games like journey and heavy rain the thing about them is that I play them trough once or twice and then they become awesome but dusted games on the shelf. Then there is GTA that I will play years and years to come. Sometimes you just feel to go and fuck around in the city (alone or with friends) and gta always delivers. So that way gta as a game more than "a one time great experience" is my favourite..
The ...
