The whole history of the HD collections are a huge mess. While Bluepoint did 2 and 3, Genki did PW which really makes it the odd one out. Even a different team in Aspect Co. handled MG1 and 2. What's worse is that ANOTHER different team is handling the Vita versions of 2 and 3, and we don't know who's working on the Vita versions of MG1 and 2. It's a horrible mess.
