Thank god, I hated using the Series X/S controller so much. Its super noisy, the buttons are stiff and clicky, I hate playing it at night so much because I get complaints about the noise from the wife all the time. I begged MS to just make a new controller 2.0 that has soft buttons and quiet but of course its a fools errand. CLICK CLACK arteritis in my fingers from the hard buttons.
The need to not just remake the graphics but also fix a lot of things and make some major gameplay changes that players no longer can tolerate like the bad map system or the inventory clutter
I want to say that Gamestop deserves their collapse but I also would be lying if I said I didn't want them to return to the glory days even if its a pipe dream. Midnight releases were some of the best memories of the 2000s childhood, these newer generations of gamers will never understand the feeling of waiting to get that copy of a major release instead of just digitally downloading everything and getting instant gratification.
If it sucks then dumping it and making a better product would be preferred over a shitty remake that would piss off everyone
