I think it's pretty good and very realistic, the only thing that needs to be changed is the freezing.

Think about it, aiming is much quicker using a mouse on a pc than it is using a controller on the ps3.
which means that developers would either have to allow mouse users a higher sensativity (unfair advantage) or leave it as it is (turning around would feel like scrollin down a long web page).
