I agree with Hank Hill. Obviously you can't accept the free game and then still sue. This is expected and common practice.

I am digging what Sony is doing lately. I won't lie I'm a fan of Sony and its nice to see them playing the PR game correctly, it can be very fickle. Hopefully we get some more games in 2015 from the 1st and 2nd party studios.
These games.... are the worst games in the franchise. I may be alone but I will not be buying this no matter what, if its even true.
The movie thing is an important point since they already have movies that sony produces available before DVD occasionally. That may help them also.
X1 and PS4 are in a close competition right now...maybe. As soon as PS Vue goes live it will be all Sony again. They have been one step ahead of MS since they announced the current gen.
This is sweet. I am considering switching from Directv when it becomes available, depending pricing. Its really only missing ESPN and Cartoon Network for my wife and I. Hopefully if/when they add those it does not jack up the pricetoo much.
FFX is my favorite FF game, and since I didnt get the remaster for my PS3 or Vita I am definitely getting this.

E3 is more logical anyways, in my opinion. I was kind of expecting them to announce it here but, on the other hand, I'm not surprised it wasn't there either.

Yes it is fair, I agree, to get what you are paying for. They should treat days that PSN is down as services that aren't rendered.
