I predict next gen will be like 6th gen.
WiiU= PS2; weakest in power, but not took far away to get ports, does best in sales
NextBox= Xbox; far ahead in specs
PS4,= GameCube; midway in power, but closer to WiiU so it doest sell at a loss
With the rumored next box specs and price, they are selling that at at least a 200 dollar loss
I lied Skyward Sword better, but that's just me... SS is defibtely my favorite Zelda
How does this look worse than the ps3 verison, if anything it looks a little bit better...

Ugh... I'll admit the idea is not original but I can tell you now, neither the PS3/PSP combo or the PS3/Vita will be as advanced or get the same support. I love Nintendo AND Sony but people need to stop pretending this novelty PS3 feature is going to compete with a dedicated controller.

I'd say a hardcore gaming is anyone who loves games, is dedicated to playing hard, fun games and tries a lot of different kinds.

The console sonyboys are talking about on N4G wouldnt cost 500 hundred, if it's sporting latest tech like an 7970 that about 500 just for a gpu. Add a CPU and some memory thats 600-700 minimum..
We don't even know for sure though, there's been talk from Ubisoft about watch dogs being on WiiU and epics say iPhones will run UE4 so I bet WiiU will...
I think 8th gen will be like the 6th with WiiU ps4 and NextBox all making a jump from this gen and WiiU being noticeably weaker like ps2 but still having games and not being to far behind...
Actually it reforming current consoles by 3-4 isn't expensive, 5-7 times yes that's expensive
Does Vita have L3 and R3? What about lag that's 1/60 of a second, or NFC? How about a 5.8 inch screen? How about dedicated support for every game? How about not user base division because everyone has one? Can it do two stream to two controller while maintaining 720p at 30+ FPS. Does it run 720p 60 FPS natively?
I'm sure that if WiiU can do all this it's at least 1.5-2 times more powerful, but that not too bad as the vita help the PS3 with the GFX rendering...

Actually I would have been happier with a MariolLand like game, what you mean is we got a copy on new super Mario bros. Also it's way to early to give up. On a console with a 5 year life.

Guess you weren't around with PSX and PS2, when they were last tech wise. I love Sony but people need to stop pretending they were always a tech beast.
It must suck for close minded gamers like you. We don't know the power of WiiU and are trying to judge the entire life of a console based on a few launch games. Forget the fact we're ignoring titles like Metro, Aliens, Ghost Recon Online, Black Ops 2, Assassins Creed 3, NBA 2K13 and a possible Watch Dogs. Those are all within 6 months of launch. Way too early to give up on WiiU. However I'm sure real gamers will be enjoying CORE games on WiiU AND playing the hell out of the Last...
95% percent of this is true, but it doesn't mean WiiU is going. To fail, nor does it mean that it's underpowered.
