The reason many multi platform titles are a bit different is that every developer starts out developing for one console. Many developers start developing for the Xbox 360 because it's the oldest and easiest console to develop to. After that they port the version to the PS3 and make changes from there on.
This is not a matter if you can see which version is better or not. Ofc you will not notice this when you sit home on a Friday night playing the freaking game.
This is a matter of which console got the BEST version of the game. Meaning the SUPERIOR version. That is why fanboy A is fighting with fanboy B and this is why there is no conclusion to this thread.

This means there is no solid confirmation yet if RDR runs at 720 REAL p on the PS3.

Actually I went to my friends place and played a major part of it. Did also play the demo. Sure it's a quality game, but it's not such a exclusive as God of War 3, Alan wake, Heavy Rain, GoW series.
Really liked the article and I think many can relate to this. I know for sure I am looking forward to read all the coverage and see all the new trailers etc. for E3. Does it feel like Christmas, ehm kinda yes.

I totally agree. Most people don't think twice about anything before they jump to conclusions or start whining about it.
Personally I think the loading time won't matter in the end. Like the developers said, instead of downloading everything you get to load instead. I bet loading is faster than downloading everything and I also think longer loading is a better solution.

I don't people mean they want a major redesign for the XMB, but get the more obvious functions like instantly get to read a message when received etc.
This mostly comes down to better usability design etc. Minor changes with a big impact.
