stupid amazon, are they doing this to make PS3 in $500 that get 5 Blu-ray except for the 300 look like a great value. No wonder PS3 sales rank is higher and XBOX 360 rank is dropping.

Upscaler existed for a damn long time yet HD format been gainning ground from day by day as more HDTV sold.

Yeah I still have large collection on DVD and I'm been using that to watch DVD also. Never regret I bought it.

I have this machine and blu-ray too. It does upscale very nice to 1080 and much better than Sony PS3 DVD upscaling but when it come to real HD, this machine just can't match the power of blu-ray or HD-DVD.

lol, PS3 is still #3 and it been up there for a month. There are no reason for PS3 fanboy to get depress. It's more than a sigh of relief for xbox 360. They have to gain alot of ground, since they are in #20-#30 for the past few weeks. I know you are happy, because the past weeks you are devastated. Enjoy :D

not $50, $50 get them to #5 and then back to #8 but $70 get them to #2, going to be #1 soon because they have the best deal of all.

HALO 3 will stay in #1 for quite sometime probably until end of september but I doubt XBOX 360 premium will stay there, it was dropping before the deal came. After the deal expired, it will drop to probably #8-#12.
