You're right bubbz
I don't think its right to release new systems so soon after release. I mean, I just paid $400 for a system. Now another system will release in September? I don't feel like that is very fair.
I get worried when games get pushed back very soon before release. By this point in a games lifetime it should be almost ready to go gold. I feel something in the games was detrimentally wrong, to me; not a good sign at all.
I'm so sad I preordered No Mans Sky instead of this as just last night they moved the release date back and now they don't even have a time frame! >=/
Wow I NEED to play that game! Looks so cool
Always love your videos! So scary (and funny)
I agree with everything in this article, money needs to be made somewhere
This makes me want to start playing DOTA 2, not that I would ever be that good :)
Nice article, I for one cannot stand the "free to play" business model games such as Call of Duty are following even though the games are still $60. I think it diminishes the fun from who is better to who pays more.
Agreed, Rare really made some of the best games ever made (GoldenEye for example). However, with the dawn of VR upon us I'm hopeful gaming we will see something GoldenEye worthy soon. One can hope can't I?
The author would respectfully disagree on that since he has beaten both Dark Souls games and since this is a multiplayer game and that is single player it would be very, very tough to find anything to compare Doom to any Dark Souls game as they have literally nothing in common.
I will contact them today and ask them for you
Admittedly I'm not a huge RPG person as I have only ever played Pillars of Eternity, but this game is peaking my interest especially considering its by the same people who made Pillars!. Finally an RPG that is looking to shake up the formula a bit.
Seems like an interesting game, will be looking forward to seeing more about it in the future.
Its seems GI is trying to give us a similar experience without having to reinvent the wheel here so to speak with the new enemy characters, but as long as GI lets us kick butt with some crazy weapons I'm sure we will feel right at home.
Outlast is and always will be the best game I've ever played, that is unless Outlast 2 manages to be as good! I didn't know the story was based on reality though, that makes it even more scary!
I'm loving the change of tone, as others have said they seem to be going the Last of Us route in this one, I have played every Uncharted game and Nathan often reminds me of Ash from The Evil Dead series, this time however Nathan seems to be taking a more serious route, if Nathan or Sully dies I think it will break my heart :/
It always seems just a bit easier once I calm down a bit and go back to it after a while! It seems bosses are so much easier to beat coming back fresh from relaxing for some reason, I can't explain it but that's what I do when a boss just seems too much to handle, I say it works about 80% of the time.
Actually it is for both, spoke with a spokesperson from PDP and they confirmed this will be made available for both Xbox and PS4 controllers.
It really is a shame people in the gaming industry get so much flak over just doing their jobs.
