The proper punishment would be the death penalty for all 14 of them. I'm sure if our laws were much harsher in the US, people, maybe even gang shit heads would think twice. Games need to have way over 60+FPS. I'm so used to playing on PC with 100+FPS that when I do play on my Switch it's like a different world, and really quite annoying to the point I'm playing it less and less. Going forward with future consoles, 60FPS needs to be the absolute bare minimum, 30FPS should not even be in the same discussion. The target should be 100+FPS for next gen. but that also means no cutting corners on the tech. If they are targeting say 20-30 tlops for the next ...
Yes, but if you want to buy it do not buy it on Steam for $59.99, buy it off CD Keys for 45.99 and no tax. They are 100% legit, they been around for years. I'm not going to buy it because of Denuvo. Just giving advice not to waste more money.

The 12GB VRAM might be ok for me to replace my 3070. I do game on a 1080p/360hz so I can probably play at max/high with some RT. Now I need to think lol
