I personally prefer:
1) great animation
2) great lighting
3) high and steady frame rate
And finally HD resolution!
Really who cares if the game is 720p or 900p which is still HD! In the end all games get up-scaled to 1080p! Do you really want shitty looking graphics and even sacrificed game-play elements simply to have a higher resolution? I wish every game was required to be 60fps at min 720P native vs trying to hit 1080p60f...

Microsofts vision of a Kinect mandatory console wasnt the problem, the price was. If MS just dropped the price and ate the lost to see there kinect vision perhaps unfold they would be better off then they are right now.
Im sure a 399.99 or even 449.99 console with Kinect would be much more appealing then 399.99 Kinectless console that is weaker then its counterpart. At least kinect was a differentiator!
