However I am pretty sure its not 60 FPS. Guerilla Games want to make a great looking picture. They want to stick to the 30 FPS to add more fancy effects
RAM doesnt improve graphics.
It does however increase the amount of AI you can have on your screen, physics and gameplay related stuff (E.g Features, Loading Times)
