No , it's Indy developers that need approach Nintendo , if they want to get thier games out there .
Nintendo doesn't need indies to sell their console , Nintendo already has an array of first party IPs and a few 3rd party deals to push their console. So if indies want to reach Nintendo fans they need to reach out .
Would be a big boost to 3rd party games sales , whenever the kinks are fully worked out .
So it was cancelled due to not having someone at MS cheering it on and pushing on your behalf . Could it be that no one took such action cause they were not impressed with what they saw .
