This could be a good thing, we just have to wait and see. Honestly more money backing it should help improve it, if anything goes wrong well we always have sony's project morpheus.
I couldn't find myself finishing the game. I never heard of this game till about 2-3 years ago and the gameplay was dated when I tried it and that's what deterred me. Of course it's an old game and it's to be expected.
Blizzard can try to fix this game all they want, the experience was ruined for me and I won't turn back.
You're basically paying for a Beta at that point. I rather wait and avoid the headache of bugs.
I imagine if I was playing Crash Bandicoot 1 and once I reached Papu Papu the game always froze, it would detract from the experience and I would honestly have no intention of going back even if they "Patched" it.
I actually quite like Desmond, more from being a bridge to other protagonists.
Also I thought judging by the title that it would be only PS3 exclusives.
I got the game for $4 on Redbox (rent). For me it'll be enough to get a taste of the game and be ready for Phantom Pain.
Really hard too justify. I just went to my Local Redbox and rented it for $4. I have plenty of time to beat it in a day.
When there are games like Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon with more hours of gameplay for $15 yeah.. It looks great of course though.

In short terms I believe their can be a type of gamer, though each of us are just that no matter what kind of gamer we are. The word gamer can definetly be branched.
The fasted I've seen was 3:48 but that was not with pure stealth and many lives were lost.

I don't understand why if the review is negative for a platform exclusive the person who wrote it is called a "Hater" to each respected platform. Truth of the matter is everyone is entitled to their own opinions of each game they play. I'm not going to lie when I say I game on my Playstation mostly but it's not like i'm going to blindly give games I review good ratings just because it's a console exclusive, have you seen Knack? I would rate that a 5/10. I Respect...
I already got the platinum trophy for the game and enjoyed every second getting it, now I'm just working on the paper trail until more content is released.
It was a pretty well done review. For me personally I would rate the game around a 8.5 just because for me the story was not as good as Infamous 1 or 2. Still though the ending of the game is pretty dang good, especially on evil.
I have good hopes for future DLC in this game with new power types which would actually make alot of sense since he is a power sponge! If the first two infamous it would have not made much sense (maybe infamous 2 would make a little since he had duo ...
I just finished my evil play-through and it took me about 4 hours but that was me rushing through the game. My first play-through was about 12 hours. Plenty of things to keep you occupied from the main story for a bit.
I agree, the game is less hard than infamous 1 and 2 on hard. It is still a fun game. Stencil art is amazing, i love how the audio works with the dualshock 3 with the can rattle.
I beat the game on expert on my first playthrough. It was not very hard, I only had trouble on the last boss battle.
I was expecting same ol Infamous gameplay that I love with new powers. I don't think Infamous 1, and 2 stories can ever be trumped though :)
It'll be another game to platinum!

If you can't justify the purchase of a new console well I would say don't buy them.
I do pose this question though, you say you can just get a PS4 during the end of its cycle, well what's the point of that if by the end a new console will just be getting released.
Also many of the experiences can be uniquely Online Experiences which you might have to miss out on if you did get the console towards the end of the cycle due to people not playing said online ...
