I couldn't find a source with numbers, everywhere it's just top 10. But I can tell you that Germany is one of the biggest markets in Europe.
It's banned because it's a mindless shooter that gloryfies violence. Dead Space for example isn't banned and is even uncut. So if a game has a good story and the violence fits to the story and setting, then the games doesn't get banned.

And yet another flop. That's too bad as 360 only had 1 AAA exclusive this year. As sad as it maybe sounds, but 360 has no games anymore, I'm tired of playing 2 year old games over and over again.
Knowing Gabenerd that's very possible, but well Half Life was never about graphics and 360 just can't drop such spectacular stuff like in Killzone 2, so no worries. Half life 3 will surely be a great game, but nothing groundbreaking.
