Shenmue 1 is one of my favorite games of all time, so I definitely agree. I've been waiting patiently for part 3 for all these years now - it's time to make it happen.
I have faith in Dice, even though I didn't like what they did with Medal of Honor. Battlefield 3 is looking great so far.

You certainly have a valid point. The section regarding store warranties was based on my time spent working Customer Service in retail. It was not at all uncommon to see multiple 360's be returned in the same day, it was actually more common than only seeing one.
The PS3 wasn't returned nearly as often, but it still came back often enough, usually for problems reading discs. The Wii on the other hand came back so rarely that you had a better chance of seeing pigs f...
