One you might wanna add up the reviews that's why you don't compare Metacritic scores.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm funny because watch dogs was said to have the best AI by ....UBISOFT.... and the game still ran at a higher resolution on PS4 with the same damn AI on both versions so why was the Xone version a lower resolution than the PS4 version :/ so keep being delusional they aimed for Parity they outright said it.

i never locked infamous frame rate to me it feels way better than locked but that's my opinion.
