This don't really mean anything, kinect or no kinect mandatory it don't matter if the price is still 500$. The only people who wouldn't buy the x1 for the kinect reason must be lying to themselfs or trolls because almost everything we do is monitored in some way or another.

Lets wait to see when the game is released to actually judge the game, the only intial things I will say is I'm underwhelmed my ryse so far and it runs on crytek so we kind of know what's that's based off. But like I said before all this this and that and this game is better how about we wait till its released.
Also for those saying killzone is just a generic shooter you must be a fanboy or terribly unaware of what killzone 2 brought to the table of console shooters....
I really hope the game is like a western version of monster hunter since monster hunter didnt really hit America ( amazing game btw)

Hope you realize over the past 2 gens Sony has done nothing but deliver exclusives on exclusives on exclusives throughout the whole lifespan of the console. This year alone Sony had last of us ( highest scoring and media acclaimed game in a longggggggg time) puppeteer, beyond two souls a other AAA.
If I were you I would be worried with Microsoft providing core

It depends to me killzone 2 was my favorite and one of the best innovating shooters of this gen, then where as killzone 3 kind of just fell off what made killzone good so far.

And majoras mask just rubs me the wrong way. I guess one of the things that hit me in that game was being forced to do things at a pace not comfortable to me. I have that evil rpg niche where I have to do everything and find everything. Along with the story not really connecting to me like ocarina of time.

The way I see it is.
I can do everything I want out of a "GAMING" console with the ps4 which happens to be 100$ cheaper and more powerful, along with knowing I won't be disappointed with exclusives now or in the future.
The main problems I have with the x1 ATM are as followed.
- Not sure if they will continue to produce high quality first/3rd party exclusives as they lacked that with the 360
- Did not like micros...
Esram included don't make it run at 192gb/s it was said that it would only run at 192gb/s maxed out and in reality they said it wouldn't come that close to maxing out and gave it a normal realistic speed of about 154gb/s

The negative pr they have received is all due to how they have treated consumers and they deserve every little bit of flak towards them.
Alot will come down to how the devs utilize what they are given. I'm not saying Xbox first party devs are bad but they clearly are not as good as Sony.
This gen multi looked etheir the same or preformed better on the 360 but the exclusives is where the ps3 took a pretty good nudge ahead. Now with the ps4 easier to develop on especially compared to the ps3 architecture I can't imagine what devs like GG,SSM,QD, and ND are able to accomplish.
To bad Microsoft don't have as talented studios as Sony because they're is only one naughty dog
Ryse this ryse that we all know its ran on crytek engine and that means its tons of graphics and less substance.
Quantum dreams tech demo blew the lid off ryse whether it was a tech demo or not.
Full reviews of graphics should be held until both games are released.
But if we are talking about 1st party devs pushing the limit of consoles then Microsoft will be over shadowed again by Sony.
