There's one reason that the movie will not go via internet: Tracks.
Because sometimes, you only like 1 track of a CD, what will you do, buy the CD or get the 99c download? That's what I thought.
In the case of movies, it's more hit or miss. Are you really going to buy a 5 minute section of a movie? No!
That's my opinion.
That you don't always just write 1 GB per day. You could erase, the write again, many times, expecially Caching internet files etc.

I use IE7 as general purpose but when I'm watching movies like on here or downloading updates, files, etc, then II use firefox.
One other thing: Firefox had tabs WAY WAY WAY before IE7 came out, which was a big factor.
That answers the question of system memory, not why they can't reduce that and and in game XMB.
May I point out that the Xbox 360 memory started at 96MB(Notice:don't take that as fact but I thought I have read it a few times). Just saying that it can be reduced.

It was really bad and an excuse for rumble. But it did have it's shining moments. flOw, Folklore, a little Motorstorm, etc. were really implemented well. The trick was it needed not to feel tacked on in the game-play a good part, not some little thing, but not so much that it's in the way.
Looks good for an alpha build.
