The trick was "for as long as you have a subscription." The only thing I can take from that is if you stop, you cannot play any of the games given to you.
Technically, the new PS3's have 2, not 4. I have an original model with 4, however. The problem is the Slim we use as a BluRay player/RockBand hub in the living room needs a hub to connect all the RockBand instruments.
For my PS3, I always have the PS Eye, a Keyboard, and a Charging cable plugged in.
As said, more USBs never hurt anyone. Just makes it look a bit less cluttered.
YAY. Can't wait for this.
Quite honestly, even with little competition, they pulled that off well. No rambling, just enough time on each thing, fluent speaker not as obvious with the prompter, amazing games.
I have just watched the video on Criterion. This is amazing. The best destruction racer plus the best cop racer combined in one. Epic.
Still watching. EA's looking very impressive right now.
5 USB PORTS?!?!?!
Dang. I approve.
Yes. Please.
I would also love to see the oil map from Modern Conquest, but it's a bit more tricky because of destruction. If it's easy enough to switch from BC1 to BC2, that'd be great. I just hope they can make them wide enough(the BC2 maps have way to many bottlenecks.)
The only issue would be the maps where every MCOM is in a building, i.e. Harvest Day.
Also, I NEED AN ATTACKING TEAM WITH AN ATTACK HELICOPTER. It's stu...
I won't speak for the cell phone arguments and other problems, but when I came out of Avatar, my eyes were plenty irritated. If you watch the movie without the glasses, you can see what you are really being tricked from.
I can understand that this might have long term effects because I can barely stand 2 hours of it.
The problem is that mostly, they focus on the small things that attract a few people for a short time. They need to focus on the main features that make Home appealing in the first place.
I forget how well the AI was in BF2. I hope they can pull it off well enough so it doesn't become boring, nor too excessively *I shot him with a sub machine gun from the island in one hit!*. If the single player experience of BC2 is anything to go by, I hope DICE can pull something better off for Onslaught.
Someone said a long time ago that the Warhawk servers ran on PS3's running Linux, no?
Either way, Sony's gonna get some bad press.
Why don't they add team chat to the up or down d-pad when not in a vehicle, seeing as they're unused anyways? I'd like to be able to tell all those snipers to look at the crate I just armed, or maybe something else. It doesn't have to be all the time, just the option would be nice.
I will admit, the recent update made it so much easier to jump into Home. This is a good thing, because I want it to feel more of an extension of the network than some other random application. Keep knocking down load times, give some trophy rooms and expand the game launching to have more game support(I mean being able to set up a full room in home, like some titles have, not just launch into it at once), and will keep returning.
Top right, friends list makes it a lot easier in my opinion, but it's loading really slow and there's bugs to sort out.
Anyone else have PSN down? I can't log in, and the PS3 test says internet is up, but fails at PSN.
If they want to use the veteran site to add the gun, they better fix it pretty soon. It still hasn't added 1943, and always says "undefined" in the top right corner when you log in.
Man, the PS3 beta had like 5 shot kills this time around. Wonder what's up.
Two week delay is LAME.
I saw the GTTV trailer, so the story is clearly coming along well, plus they used Queens of the Stone Age which makes it an instant win. I can't wait personally, the beta was amazing. I hope they made a few more things totally destructible.
Everything seems to flow right when you start up. Unfortunately, after a bit of play time it is seriously perturbing. The game is just too difficult. I'm not talking "it's just hard," but if you want to win with anything other than the last tier bike, the literal only way is to knock them out with agro every time. That gets old fast: It should adjust to your car, so even if you put it on hard it shouldn't be a civic vs a zonda. Sometimes it will pit you against entirely differ...
Except, it's down for maintenance. Figures.
