Ad Hoc party lets you play Ad Hoc only psp games (games that you have to be near other people to play together) with users no matter where they are. It is something along the lines of Xlink Kai. That's what it is used for.

I have no idea what server you were on but this never happened on Kujata or Carby. I don't ever recall that being an issue that people talked about on any of the forums. Only thing i knew close to this was at the endgame level when some LS's demand that all users use windower with custom macro programs.

I agree with you. This isn't the best way to react to something like this. Also it might not be that big a deal to some people but it is to the people that work on the FW. Think about it what if you worked like hell to make that work then someone outside your company tells you to pull it because it will make them look lazy. All EA had to do was release a update, but there is no money in updates.
They did say at EVO they have a new Fighter to show off. As EVO does use only PS3's at there events at least you know its coming to PS360.
Either way if this is true or not EA had something like this coming for a long time now.
