Because some Super hating Xbox fans think they can hate their way through everything like everything that made the X1 unique no we have a lower powered PS4 with an awesome camera that may be forced upon and underwhelmed.
I have no doubt in the fact that I think Kinect will be success on the X1 alike the DRM stuff and X1's plans I think it would be a good difference in the industry than PS4 glad it still has some of its identity left aside from exclusives. I know many will disagree with me on this but that's my point. I don't think MS took enough time to explain the true benefits of having any of these features. More than likely it will be implemented in time with a few patches anyway.

I normally hate it when this guy speaks but I entirely agree with him. That just means gaming is more mainstream now more than ever (regardless is I agree with it or not) I know so many non gamers that have hear of more than Madden CoD BF NBA WWE games and even some indies that have made it pretty big. It's a great time to be a console gamer nothing away from PC gaming of course.

My biggest problem with this X1 ui and Kinect stuff is I am going to be goin in on CoD or Titan Fall and the chance that next to everyone are going to abuse the hell out of recording self proclaimed "hero" or "epic" moments. Yea YOU may use a few cars I or THEY even may use a few cars but with more cars we still have better odds we don't use the same cars like GT6 has my car Eagle Talon but Forza does as well indeed have(HAD maybe)my model TSi. Drive Club or these other games don't have too many of those real world cars like the sims do I like that. Thats just my opinion.
Agreed not to do a direct comparison and I'm in no way dissing its competitor but It's pretty obvious that BF4 was developed and optimized for next gen and CoD for current but not limited to ya know. Mind you I have seen CoD on X1 in person. It's not bad in anyway but I see that early platform stage hiccups. Nowhere near a game breaker though.
I really want to be on this hype train but I must say the only thing that even attempt to make sense in this post was That PS2 and PS3 were lumped together to make your point. I must exploit that bringing up quarter sales in a world lifetime numbers discussion that might I add was over a year old hardly relevant at this point not because of the time but from a market share standpoint. I don't think people want them to play them but going multiplat is just the logical step when cutting your losses and staying in the industry. Honestly we still could see great things happen to some franchises if another company can give it's revision now I'm not sayin make a Mario FPS but if the right studio had the chance I may have a remote interest in playing a Mario game even for Wii U or X1 or Vita or PS3 or PC etc.
I find it funny that you really went that hard on making it ok for this company to put out a piece of hardware and not come through to the point were their direct competitor is putting out hardware cheaper and outperforming.
