I mean, rumors would tell you that they are releasing a new handheld.
And despite the doom and gloom PSVR2 is still getting games all the time, it has around 400 games currently, including most all of the "big budget" VR releases, it might not be flying off shelves but they haven't said anything about discontinuing it. I'm sure it will work on PS6, the hardware itself is pretty good quality so shouldn't become overly outdated anytime soon.
