And the thing is most of those who will get this game for it's multiplayer experience will more than likely jump straight into the mp and return to the single player weeks or even months into the game.

And why would they do that when what they have is tottaly fine? Bigger and larger doesn't always mean better... If you want large scale maps, vechiles etc there's a game called BF.
And the solution is not that simple, take into account spawns and parts of the map that will have most of the gunfights taking place.. it just wouldn't work and it's better keeping it the way it is... Lets say your playing search and destroy, surely the game would take much longer time to fi...
You could always turn it off Mr pro, lets see how well you'll do...
And besides, so what? It's not like it's a perk, everyone it's fair it soo?..
Most games have it but some are stronger than others, the reason behind that is with a controller you don't get the precsion you normally would with a mouse..

18 is too much aswell, for those who don't know just about one game mode supports 18 players and that's groundwar, and that's too hectic, it's spawn die spawn die, even for the best players, other game modes such as search and destroy and regular domination it's 12 players, 6 vs 6.. and IMO it should be kept that way. Cod is meant to be fast paced and the maps are way too small anymore players would ruin the game.

Sad?.. you do know people dislike what came after MW2, not MW2, that game was a ton of fun, if not for a few unbalanced aspect of the MP it would have been perfect.. I am a big fan of COD and BF, but have enough time to play every other good game that's not a FPS.. the biggest let down of the codseries was MW3 i mean I am a big fanboy but oh boy was that game shitttt, it was an exact copy of MW2, but for some reason it was 100x more boring.

Ive clocked in about 200 hourson bf3 but iI play black ops 2 more, league play mostly where only 5000 out of 200000 online play, it's very competitive, espically if you are a platinum or a master, all you run across are old gamers 25-30, serious gamers, I can't tell you how much I get pumped, and for that fast paced action I go to COD, you think cod is repetitive and Activision is just milking it for money? Well until another game gives me the same feeling I won't move on....

Quality. It's actually a treat seeing developers improve their game, rather than show us a trailer or some gameplay with great graphics, get us all hyped then a few months later shows us the newer version which is absolute crap.
