I think dx11 has some great tech. But most of the time within PC games, they (tech) available isnt used imo.
There are some games pushing it, but most of the time it isn't a constant.
But alot of graphics is art direction.
You could have the best engine in the world and still the game could look like shit.
Some DX9 games look amazing.
And from Opengl es. It's being upgraded so PS3 will be fine. ...
I think that is true of shooters, but alot of people love a good story and an offline mode.
I love singleplayer games.
But also enjoy MP>

Uncharted 3 - My fav i.p of this gen. Mixture of action/adventure.
Killzone3 - Looks fantastic - and is huge. FPS of 2011.

Textures look excellent, lighting is better then kz2. Controls are better imo.

Best way to check, but RSX is a mix tbh.
7600GT in it's 128bit
7900 in that it has 24 fragment pipes and 8 vertex engines.
I read that the 360 gpu is slightly slower then a 1800xt
But we all know cell helps RSX etc.
So not sure it's even worth comparing.
