Nintendo blew it big time imo. Msoft and sony were both lacklustre which left the door open for nintendo to kill it.
I was expecting a 3d mario, maybe a metroid prime, perhaps what retro are working on, or just something/anything for the core gamer to get people interested, but no.
Instead we get a 2d mario we already knew about, nintendo land??? ( really? ), just dance 4 and lego ( although to be fair that actually looked awsome and the trailer was superb! ) but still be seri...
Thats the point! Nintendo could have destroyed microsoft and sony at e3, all they needed to do was come on stage and say " yes, we are working on a 3d mario, metroid prime, a new zelda " etc... Or something along those lines.
Nintendo have already won e3 thats how bad sony and msoft were!
Im sorry but both sony and microsofts presentations were dissapointing.
Its left for nintendo to save e3 2012!

Ive been reading gm since its begining ( yeah im old ) and im a subscriber and to be honest this could mean anything - could b insider knowledge that they let slip, could just as easily b what they hope to see at e3!

Games galore featuring both new ips and returning faves for both ps3 and vita.
I can see gran turismo, resi evil and infamous on vita, a new aaa game for ps3.
Nintendo...
Wii launch games announced, my guess is... Mario ...
Im expecting a uk price of around £249.99 with a controller and game.
The console isnt cutting edge graphics wise so it shouldnt b overly expensive.
Also nintendo generally stick to a sub £300 price point for their consoles.

I can honestly say that not a single game this gen is in my top 10 games ever and thats because most games are missing 2 key ingredients being challenge and longevity.
Yeah but the point is that this is the FIRST fps on the console so it was never gonna b up to the level of the ps3 games.
This game is really polarising opinion.
It seems like the low scores are from people comparing the game to the ps3 version which is clearly unfair.
Every game should b rated on its own merits.

Fact is the size of a controller does not determin how comfortable a controller is, its the placement of the sticks and face buttons that matter and in this regard it looks spot on.
Some of the most comfortable controllers ever were the larger ones - dreamcast, n64.
