Dunno... For me this news has no impact. Will skip on WiiU, Wii was too disappointing for me. PS3 only is and will be enough for me personally since time is rare and gets more limited week over week. For me, just from the critics, WiiU is no more than a gimmick.
@Bethesda: Bring it on for PS3. Still haven´t bought your game yet and will just buy it if you are able to bring the full experience to our console as well. Or it will be a cheap PC grab years later...

Isn´t that happening to all big franchises? The only thing which can be changed besides the technical aspects is a continuation of the storyline or a new surrounding. Works better for RPGs and Action games than for FPS. Would say this exact same problem is for Killzone, Crysis, FarCry and of course CoD as well. No matter on which console a game was released.
Why do all of you guys argue? Read the article, it is really well written, and no matter if Halo or another game is in focus of criticism, he is right about the fact that industry buys out reviews and good scores - which erases objectivity.
Haven't read the article due to the ridiculous headline. Just want to add my cents from an European standpoint. PS3 losing ground? Not over here! Take a look at sales and open your eyes. For me as PS2/3 only player/owner who has to attend work every day its nearly relaxing that I can finally go back to finish some older titles and am not forced to buy several games at once without the possibility to finish them. We Sony customers know what we got and I really have to laugh about the B.S. ...
Just something on topic... If it is for you like for me and you gotta work and have lots of other stuff to do than gaming, you should not be bothered to receive a complete and great, probably even overworked edition of some GotY kind for Skyrim. Still didn't get it due to lack of time, still wait for it. It will be solved and we will have a better version in the end. Mark my words.

@Xalaris: Thx for this massive trailer compilation! My hope still is that it will be a PS3 only title for all the refinement of an exclusive title. If it comes out this gen for PS3 and offers what the trailers show it is by far one of the best titles and maybe the last great entry in the PS3 library.

I won't get it if it comes to 360 since this means reduction in quality for no good reason - those compromises have to end! Promised is promised and if the focus lies on PS3 the quality will be much better as well as content.
On the other hand I would not care if FFvsXIII will come to the next generation MS system which will be able to play the game in the same or better intended quality as the one and only version with PS3 as lead platform (this was a smooth move of Bet...
