even be it the character models looking fugly, or the world just looking bland, fable 1 was alright, but fable two, it was just plain boring, and fable 3 with its industrial european world, looks even worse, dont know what it was about the first fable, but man fable 2 blew, and so will this.
that low, not low compared to succes, but to overall hype that it was getting it. I havent bought my copy but im going this week end. Really dugg the first one so im pretty excited.

and ive played in my opinion, the greatest rpgs ever created by man, which would be xenogears,bfo3,chronotriger,ff 6/7, and i love the halo series, i think when you really bite your teeth into the fiction and the lore, with all the books, games, comic books, everything, its one of the most interesting, well thought out, deep, stories ever told, i cant wait to play halo reach, but more importantly i cant wait to see what happened the the Chief.
posted some effing awesome screens of reach on neogaf, it seems like they added grass to the flat green and brown texture of the ground really makes it pop, it looks gritty, I CANT WAIT, they also showed a multiplayer map that has a highground feel to it, really awesome stuff, man fall cant come soon ENOUGH!!
might get this one, seems like a fun game to play with friends, ive heard only good things about the first but meh... didnt look that interesting to me or at a quality which i would buy it for 60 bucks. Hope theres a demo.
how you guys start talking about the graphics when it looks to have lower textures than dark sector... the animations are really good, and the atmosphere is top notch, but its really pathetic to see the futile attempts of hyping this title for its graphics, Gears2 surpacess this in every way graphically, i know the sony friends have been pounding you down with the whole graphics thing but to get behind this game as your graphics king makes me chuckle. Tetsuya Takahashi is back with another Xeno title? Xenogears is the best rpg and game ive ever played in my life, and the story hasnt been matched. Xenosaga was awesome 4 me with all the Xenogears tie ins!!! OMG I CANT WAIIIIIIT!!!!

they never said they were breaking canon, just some things that hardcore fans arent going to like, they said they treat all the books and comic books, and now the anime as official canon, duh Halo reach is a new story, but thy were implying they might be bending it a smidge, like the whole existence of the spartan 3s being on reach, and wearing Mjiolnir armor and stuff, stuff like that.
I read the fall of reach and think Eric Nylund did a great job, its my favorite Halo Novel, i hope they dont bend the Canon for their own needs, seems kinda cheap, i hope we get to see red team. Also i saw the new screens that EB showed and the game doesnt really look like the trailer they showed at the VGA's, kinda disappointed... That being said, its still my Number 1 most anticipated game!!!

no sh1t, but at the end, when the covies attacked, MC was headed on a mission to go comandeer a covie ship and kidnap a prophet, when the covenant surprised attaacked reach, then him and linda and james went to go take the NAV data off a space instalation do to the cole protocol, he never actualy sets foot on reach during the attack, after he attains the NAV data, captain keys does a blind slip space jump ( actually not blind) and appears infront of halo. MC never fights on reach.
looks like a needler rifel instead of just a gun, overpowered probably lol.
master chief never fought on the planet reach when the covies attacked, he was in space with linda and james, and kelly is still alive and all of grey team is still alive.
least favorite ff's, bad character design, forgettable story and characters, horrible implementation of the job system, with all that being said, really good gameplay, the magic/weapon/ability system was really fun and rewarding, combat was solid. And the chocobo Minigame was really good. Oh and it had a really good soundtrack. The only character worth mentioning from 9 is Vivi.
