The Runescape reference was a little out of place... Isn't that game pretty much known for being corny and utterly dominated by middle-schoolers?
Other than that, I really need to get my hands on Dragon's Dogma; that game looks too cool.
"...just like playing bridge leads to more people building bridges."
Nice XD
"Generally speaking?"
Why don't you actually read the article and find out? Trust me, your opinion isn't all that interesting on its own.
Oh dear Hicken, I just love reading your inane babble about how much everyone sucks and you have the right answers.
"Can you name a franchise that started off as multiplatform, went exclusive, and yet WASN'T exclusive to either of the systems it was multiplatform for?"
What the fuck does that even mean?!
Whatever, I just decided I don't really care that much.
Lighten up, friend. It's all in good fun. I surely hope I didn't take away 5 minutes that you would've been spending on pornography or updating your facebook status.
I disagree. There're plenty of good, thoughtful articles. The only problem is, when posted on N4G, they don't get any damned attention. You've probably never even seen them, because when you scroll through the lists, all you click on is the "shock value" articles you seem to hate so much.
I totally agree, with the hardcore suggestion and spellmaker anyway. I'm kind of hitting myself now for not including that in this article. Thanks for the positive feedback.
Who the hell added the disagree? It's a farking question...
Please don't simply give a half-assed answer to the question this poses, then leave. I've researched, wrote, and posted links all having to do with the complexity that actually goes into answering this question. I have covered the obvious (or, at least, the mostly obvious, left out everything too obvious) and I've gone into why a digital medium is favorable in the first place.
hint: it has almost nothing to do with the consumer, and almost everything to do with h...
Looks just like an old fave of mine, Machinarium. Love the look and feel of these, not to mention point-and-clickers.
Oh gee, you're breaking my heart with such hurtful language. I'll ignore the personal attack because it looks like, as all rabid animals should be, you've already been muzzled and chained to a small post in the corner where you can sit and growl at passers by, filling up your little neck of the world with the garbage that randomly escapes from the tightly bound stinkhole you have for a mouth. I've already bubbled you down, yet again, and I'm hoping we can eventually limit ...
That's why I mentioned Gamestop at the end. At the same time, however, retail partners are screwing game developers out of a lot of money by selling used games, this is the main reason anyone wants to move to digital copy to begin with. It has absolutely nothing to do with the consumer.
I still have those old games. There was definitely a hell of a lot more room for improvement than the developers decided to actually use, but I wouldn't go so far as to say that the games are "worse".
Looks about as mundane a fighting game as I can imagine. No thanks.
Too bad practically none of you resemble this picture.
And Boom! There's the kicker isn't it.
Don't believe him, guy whom recently disagreed? Well I've seen people freak out over graphics more than anything else. Games with great stories get cult followings. Games with great graphics get millions of dollars.
It's the way the world goes 'round kiddies.
You forgot the sinful snack foods! D:
Look at Splinter Cell Conviction, for the 360. They managed to make splitscreen co-op and the game still looked and played fantastic while doing so. Then there's Halo, a game that allowed up to four people, and while graphics took small hits, the game still rocked when it came to playing with your buddies. I'm just saying any little drawback would probably be worth it considering that such a feature is far from ignored among the gaming community. I, for one, freak out every time a goo...
You're absolutely right, I have another article that feature's it. Oh, and it's *Custer not Cluster
Final Fantasy XII man. I don't think anyone likes XIII much, if recent articles are anything to go by.
