what you guys fail to realize, and why these ads are for EUROPE and not the US, is that the view of these ads as an artform, not just a rundown of the system is what they want...they want to establish prestige, imagination, things which are absent from the US ads and (very dumb ofme to say) audience...this is why the "this is livng" commercials would never work in the states...the original ones(with th european villa and the masturbating football player) never mentioned the ps3...wh...

this is a high quality video codec that allows a person to have relatively small video files with very high image and sound quality. most of the media(video) you find on the internet is encoded as divx or xvid, which enhances the ability of the ps3 as a media device...something more to do when you arent playing games
a lack of knowledge is not a lack of intelligence. Some people dont even know you can use your computer as a media server for the ps3/xbox360. every person i tell opens their eyes in shock
you can alkready stream divx stuff etc...just download ffdshow ( http://sourceforge.net/proj... ) and tversity ( http://tversity.com/home ) and just use tversity as usual, using ANY kinda video format available...it WILL work!! (if it does, bubbles 4 meee) it even works in HD
I think that its completely idiotic to rate a game that came out more than 10 years ago. why not gve the game its score that it had when the original came out? or even reprint the article written back then with a 're-release review" headline?
