It's good to see that gamers bought into the idea of an incremental mid gen update. I know a while ago people were adamant that this wouldn't work and it would kill the industry not to mention they didn't like the idea of consoles being like PCs or cell phones.

What other competition does SF have in that genre? That is why Capcom knew they could take Sony's money and then skimp on a release.

Sony sees the potential and getting more money by releasing their ips on mobile, they already are looking at Nintendos success. And Sony always follows Nintendos lead after they try something and are successful with it. I can definitely see them start to do this. They should start with some ps1 classics.

Both games mentioned do NOT run the same and fragmentation does not *require* that one console needs exclusives. I don't know where you are getting that idea from but it's wrong.

Called a while ago that this would happen. That devs and Sony would concentrate more on the Pro version and shaft the original ps4 owners.
LG and FF are just the beginning, there's no excuse for the technical issues to appear on PS4 but not on pro, especially after 10 years of development. And with the Pro only being a semi updated console it's even worse that a game doesn't work as intende...

Agreed. Capcom has been on a money hungry fest these last couple of years and it started as soon as they accepted that check from Sony to make SFV exclusive.
Speaking of which, remember how people kept saying Capcom didnt have any money to make SFV, so they just had to take Sonys cash? I wonder where they got the money to not only grab a marvel license but to make a new Marvel v Capcom and for all systems too?
