Are you honestly saying that between the ps3 screenshots from the article and the 360 screenshots provided by TWIP, that the PS3 version looks better. If so your a bigger fanboy than I thought.
Actually Halo 2 was pretty short too. And as I previously mentioned I don't think that GoW being so short had to do with disk storage. Otherwise they would have put the single player portion on 1 disk and multiplayer on a second.
And the issue with blueray is that Sony forced it on the consumers. It was their torjan horse for getting blueray players into consumers homes. Honestly I do believe that microsoft will use HD-DVD games in the near future.

The 360 version does look a lot better. Which is a shame considering that it had an extra year worth of development on the PS3.
By the way, #3-Shadowgamer I have not experienced studdering framerates on my Oblivion. Only when I am doing something like the duplication cheat and drop 100's of items. Besides if you think the 360 framerate is bad, it will probably be much worse on the PS3.
It just came out in the USA today. I believe that it has been out in China for at least a month now. I just picked mine up and I can't wait to get off from work so that I can play it.
I think that this game is goint to be a hit. I would consider this a killer app and feel that it may even contend for game of the year.

V-sync is so far so good, I have not noticed any tearing at all. Frame rate also seems perfect. I was worried at first because starting the game, the menu had some delay, but in-game was perfect. The menu delay probably had more to do with my harddrive load time.
