C'mon, it's a misrepresentation in a way that it can easily fool people. But they had Xbox One games shown on PC before, so it shouldn't be a surprise.
Maybe, I think it certainly has one the bigger patches. The biggest I can remember is Dead Rising 3 patch which was like 10 gb.
