Well maybe ms should have just stuck with game pass and xcloud.. should have just stayed away from another console and most importantly should have never bought all those developers and just supported them all through game pass..
Lmao... my son that is 7 seen the disappointment on my face as the show kept going... one of my disappointments besides the entire show that really stuck out was that a lot of the games were shown already.. only game that really got me was avowed and I know that game wont be out for quite some time..
I used to think the same until yesterday's show.. that's why I blindly bought the x, thinking something is coming and I'll wait for next time and next e3 yet here we are again wondering about next time..
I've always bought all the major consoles but this time I'm more then likely going to stay away from series x until all the waiting is over, if it's ever over..
I think the point is regardless of the shows playstation has consistently delivered, no one is really worried if the ps5 will have great first party games..
You cant say that for the most powerful console, at least I cant anymore..

Ps5 day one and maybe the x like 2 or 3 yrs later.. maybe by then they’ll get there shit together but at this point I couldn’t care less..

Sea of thieves has a story mode now? Going to have to check it out! I liked the game but I’m not much of a multiplayer guy.. I like some kind of structure and story
It’s not a bad thing.... both console are moving into next gen I guess all the confusion is when does next gen start for Sony? With miles morales? Is that the next gen game that couldn’t be done on a PS4?
We are talking about the first yr... what game has Sony shown that is so innovative that they had to leave 100 million+ gamers behind in the first yr of next gen?

I guess your argument would hold weight had Sony shown something that couldn’t be done on the PS4.. so I guess that we are all going to sit here and pretend that the first yr of a next gen console will be full of first party games that couldn’t be done on the previous console.. and on top of it every one is going to act as if ms is going to make games for xbo for the rest of the series x gen..
I know Sony pumps out great exclusives but you’re saying as if Sony is going to have like 5 next gen exclusives to hold you over through the drought that every new gen goes through until the next wave of games towards the end of the next yr..

I’m just happy that my Xbox loooong list of games will come with me and will look and play better at no extra charge, putting devs in a space that if they want to do a remaster they will actually have to put in effort to justify it.. so glad my PS4 has been my first party go to while my Xbox has been for all the other games and it looks like that will continue on to the next gen.
Maybe some of the inovation could have been put into bringing everyone with them? The biggest innovation is ssd from Sony, so because of that everyone gets left behind?! That’s bull shit when you consider everyone comes at ms when they have done it.. but I guess if it’s worded as well as Sony has its ok and you guys fall in line..
