Haha, dated. I'd say it's held up pretty well over the past 14 years.. If you're talking graphics, then yeah. Now, with 14 years of advancements in technology the game doesn't hold up well with modern visuals.
Although: the story, the gameplay, the level design, the open world, the memorability, the characters, the amount of variety, the innovation and so much more would not only hold their own with modern games, but would destroy them.
I'm an Intel/Nvidia fan too. Either way though, the ps4 won't have the very top of the line from either. That makes it irrelevant as to which company has the best stuff.
AMD is generally a bit cheaper, so having their chips could cut prices. Which is good. :)
I'm thinking it will be $499.. As much as I'd like it to be $399, I'd rather it have good specs to last a full generation.
It is excessive. People that are disagreeing don't understand how ram is used while playing games.. You don't need that much. 8gb of ram is more than plenty, and it will cut down the price.
I'm expecting it will have 4-6gb ram though, which is still enough.
If you have a bad connection, this won't affect you. You're screwed no matter what they do. Making it search by ping is what mostly every pc multiplayer has because it's the best way to go. This is a good idea from treyarch. Definitely not a stupid one.

I agree, even though Quantum measurements are the smallest possible measurements. The graphics look like they are pre current console(Look up other screens of the game). That's not good, but if they are able to give it a makeover, the ideas and innovation will sell this game all by itself.
MW3 sold 14.56mil on 360 alone, so 15mil on 360 is not farfetched.
Why doesn't BO2 deserve attention? I don't get it. Sure, other devs deserve attention as well, but it looks to me that Treyarch put a lot into this game. I don't even know why I'm trying to defend it, it's going to get attention regardless of how many COD haters are on N4G.

@dillydadally Obvious? Really? I do know what lag is. :) I get anywhere from 20-35 kills per game. I have 100's, if not up to a thousand hours into the cod franchise. I know what bullet lag is, and I know what rubberbanding is. I rarely experience enough lag to make me upset about my bullet placement though.. I do sometimes get corner shot, but just barely.
