realistically, some ps3 titles there might not come out 2010 but damn, even remove 5-10 titles, that ps3 list so owned the 360. and that is what so far was what we know in this period sony said there are more big titles waiting to be announced.
region-free or not, japan will not buy ff13 on the 360. heck bundle so4, tov, lr, bd and ff13 altogether and sell it 99$, only a few people will bite. the ps3 has rpg games now they will not care about the 360 anymore.
to be fair, sales were good for gears of war but i think its because people were deceived by microsoft that 360 is a next-gen console. to this date, there are still blind fanboys of the 360 who thought that they are playing a next-gen game with their 360 which in reality has no truth at all.
i think epic has realized that partnering with microsoft has not done them any good. gears of war is a decent game but if they harness the true next-gen console ps3, it will be a great game and will receive them critical acclaim something they did not achieve with the 360. look at naughty dog, guerilla and insomniac among other ps3-only developers they are some of the best developers today because they have a console with immensed capabilities. sorry just stating facts.
after 360 failures in 2009 and these years debacles such as gta4 dlc, the mediocre x10 presentation and recently the ff13 scam i really doubt epic will bite any offer from microsoft.
epic will be smart not to be owned by a failed business division of microsoft.
