In the end of the day microsoft is wining wither you play the games on the console or via Pc.
I have a good gaming Pc however I still prefer to play on Xbox for several reasons including most of my old friends from 360 era are there...I can play on the couch yes I know you can do with Pc but Its not as convenient for me to have a long ass HDMI cable from my offi...
There will be different sections of games on Pc now there is 8 or so games that can be played via gamepass on Pc.

Well if you are so sure that its only game for Ps4 feel free to explain to me why Days gone have sony’s fav words that they keep running around with which is “only on playstation” but not Death Stranding.
Last year Kojima was asked about Pc version and he said I have no comment as for right now..he could simply say no its not coming to pc so there is something fishy here.
Even if it use sony’s engine... you are talking about kojima here so it won’t surpri...
Meh...it should run ps3 and ps2 at least... however I’m so sure that Sony will figure a way to make it run through some cloud service yet it will be hidden behind pay wall
I think they use kojima engine. Well its just wired that the trailer and also the box art doesn’t say exclusive on ps4
