Which would make sense if they were paying off the previous debt and acquiring more. Their debt at this point is stacking on top of each other. The previous debt is not getting paid off and they are obtaining more of it.

Putting your games on PC, especially the steam platform. Does not make your games exclusive.
1. The most I ever played for a sports game was 20 dollars.
2. It's not about the quality of the title it's about the budget, the budget of a top down game does not warrant a 60 dollar price tag.
I'm sure it's a great remaster....but I'm not paying 60 dollars for a top down game.
Update to my list:

-24 hour check in to validate games
-Using peripherals (kinect) to spy on consumers.
