Except Fallout that was already mentioned,
in "Mafia" you could kill a child -
in the airport, when you help that guy (Frank?) escape to Europe with his family (wife and daughter) - you could actually shoot his daughter.

but here in EU I haven't seen A SINGLE Kinect unit being sold anywhere (not to mention there're no ads of it either). It's like as if it didn't exist.
On the other hand Move can be found pretty much everywhere (as a bungle with PS3 or just the controller).
