PC day one!
Didn't know 2k was working on mafia 3 looking forward to this.
Racing, fighting, football, and hack and splash games are suitable to play with a controller. That's about the only games I play with a controller on PC the rest keyboard + mouse.
Low level API this is big for PC gamers, I just hope nvidia supports it and ports or finds away to make it work with their GPU architecture this mantle API can make things easier and push PCs to another level of detail. most big game developers are using it within the past 2-3 months so I think its going to be a standard API for PCs by Q3-4 next year 2014. Thanks to AMD for making a low level API for the benefit of customer's and developers.

This API allows the devs to code their games to the gpu better. While the CPU does other calculations maybe we will see some physx been done by the CPU on amd systems.

Oh well I was hoping to play this game next month but I'm glad they are delaying it so they can polish it more, I think they have looked at gta5 and want to deliver a better or same expreiance. And its the first game in the watch dogs series so they are making sure its it lives up to the hype for the next game.
To be honest i only play the demo and it was amazing the animations, voice acting the graphics were all amazing I usually game on PC this game had one of the best graphics in my book to date for a console. The ppl that think this game doesn't deserve a 9 are under the age of 21 or they are too impatient to play a story telling game like this.
