There is NO confirmed price for the US/EU. for example Pokemon White is ¥ 4,800 which is $57.49 USD where as in the US it is $34.99. So just because the ¥250,000 =$398 USD doesn't mean it will be $300 USD in the states.
Except it wont be $300, just because 250,000 yen =$300 doesn't mean its going to be that in the states because the Yen is stronger than the dollar. Also Nintendo stated that the highest priced games will be sold for a max of $40.
Well looks like I will be picking up Street Fighter and Ocarina of Time at launch, was hoping for some Metal Gear but Ocarina of Time will hold me till that comes out.
Also why are some people complaining about Ocarina of Time being remade with better graphics? Its one of the best games ever made, why complain?
1. This story should never have been approved.
2. Call of Duty is slowly digging its grave.
3. OMG ITZ TEH JOKERZ HE IS SO COOL!!!!1 no he is not the golden age and animated dark knight ones where WAY better and I bet you didnt care about the joker till The Dark Knight anyways.
ubisoft didnt really try from the looks of it.
These are no where near horrible, also the only problem I see is that Nintendo is not using per-pixel shaders. Also these images up here don't look too good because they are not being displayed in the Nintendo 3DS's native resolution so it looks stretched out.
Are you blind?
You know it looks more like the original character design then the N64 version.
Metal Gear was announced for Spring.
Then Yen is stronger than the dollar, so dont expect it to be $300.
Trust me it even plays like shit, it was one of the playable demos at E3 and I couldn't even play it for more and a minute.
The Yen is stronger than the dollar so 250,000 Yen =$298 doesn't mean that's going to be the price in the US at all, will most likely be $250.
Also you have to think about all the features you will be getting with the 3DS, a 3D screen that doesnt require glasses, 3D camera, 6 Augmented Reality games in the package, internet browser in game, an immense line up of games that only cost $40 each and much more. Totally worth $250.
The price is probably going to be $250 state side which is a very fair asking price with the current line up of games and features. I mean hell a 3D camera cost $300 or more alone lol.
Microsoft let Rare make a Viva Pinata game on the DS so yeah they pretty much have.
Buy it and play survival mode, you will understand.
I got rejected in an email so I didnt get the update :(
They are combining the modes from 4 and 5 and adding online (Resident Evil 4 mercs obviously didn't have online)
Damnit Nintendo you can have my money!
Thats trophy fights I actually love the idea.
I dont think anyone in the states should complain about pricing. I posted this earlier
