You can already play all those games (minus GTA5, at least not yet) in 1080p+ and 60 FPS on a mid range gaming PC. Even Aliens CM got a pretty big patch that improves the game considerably. It still sucks but just a little less.
As the console gamers tear each other apart, the PC gamers soar above the noise in true 1080p+ and 60+fps bliss.
Finally Naughty Dog released a game on PC. That was really fun.

I mostly share your platform preference. For me it's PC 1st followed by the main Playstation consoles.
I did laugh at the description of the PC gamers:

Ha! I do kinda feel like I stole something when playing Path of Exile. That game is so good.
This is an amazing title and everyone can get it for $1 on this week's Humble Bundle. People should definitely try it out and you don't need a powerful PC or Mac to play it.
This is such a weird use of the franchise. I would have loved to see a Legacy of Kain game in the style of Diablo or a full fledged Action/Adventure Soul Reaver. I wish the developers all the success in the world, but a Nosgoth based multi-player arena in the same year that has Titanfall and Evolve? Good luck.

I wasn't suggesting that me having my PS2 game collection on PC is a good incentive for Japanaese developers to release their games on PC. I was just suggesting that PC certainly has a lot to offer to JRPG fans as a platform. At least in terms of classic JRPGs fans.
PC has a massive amount of JRPG fans because a lot of PC gamers have consoles. I would re-buy the whole Tales collection IN A SECOND if they where re-released on PC and I'm sur...

It's a mystery. Maybe fans think that seeing their favorite franchises on other systems is a threat? It's weird because if there's a place for JRPGs to grow, it's on PC, where fans can easily continue to evolve the actual game through mods.

The main reason is that the game is a blast to play.
As this is being now published by Sega, I would love to see the Persona series be on PC.
Already ordered it from Origin. Pre-load begins March 7. This is going to be a lot fun.
