Video games are past the point of needing reviews. Its now like movie reviews. They can review some stuff but mostly Its just an opinion of how much someone liked it. It really is unprofessional and there is no reason they shouldn't have had their review up. Having an opinion article bashing the game before even reviewing it isn't helping the people who think they are biased and don't know what they are doing.
Also in the souls/bb games if you are ever having trouble you can just level up, then its cake.
@sinjonezp if you've been going for a while bloodborne and the souls game have lots of shortcuts like doors that only open from one side and ladders to drop so you can skip every up to that point. Also you can just run past pretty much every enemy in the first part of the game after you have explored them. Im going to guess you missed a few hidden paths hiding behind barrels.
Ya they designed a way around them if you explore. In souls and bloodborne if something seems unfairly impossible, it's probably by design and look for another way. There are tons of shortcuts and other areas to discover in that area. Also never just run in and attack 2 enemies lure one out and kick its ass. Divide and conquer lol.
@ butterfly the souls games had a huge impact. Just search all the games that devs were influenced by the souls games. It doesn't need to look like the game (lotf) to be influenced by it. @joab777 how would helping others be a finite number? Invasions, helping people and like 4 from each boss not to mention all the items. Right now i have 22 after 2 bosses. Im not going to need help 22 times before i beat the next boss.
What do you mean by save points? All you have to do is hit exit game, then when you continue the game you will be in the exact same spot. There are no save points in bloodborne. I do agree though that this will be much quicker.
Not sure if you are asking with the update or are responding to someone above, but 11 seconds according to that one test using bloodborne
system sellers dont have to be to casuals. millions of people played the souls games and a lot of them were on xbox or pc, or just heard of the game but never tried it. Bloodborne could make some of them buy a ps4. I have a ps4 but if bloodborne came out on xbo only, i would probably buy one. Bloodborne has a ton of great reviews so of course its going to cause people to want to check it out.

the souls games were probably my favorite games of last gen. I didnt realise how they could be any better until bloodborne. This game is so good.
Once you guys get the items needed, set the same password as each other, then you can coop the story
The title is definitely written as click bait. Phrasing it with words like "only" and "the whole game" applies a negative context to it like the game is lacking something. Its not terrible though, and maybe the author is actally bothered by this. This article just really isn't serving anything though.

It doesn't say katana is the name and finding out the name of the weapon couldn't matter any less to the vast majority of the people who play the game. It is a bloodborne issue because of the fact you you are suspending a game in an online state and it has a problem reconnecting when you resume. Im sure it will be updated
