Personally, I would have picked up Kinect even if it didn't come with the console (only if the price was right mind). I've had the Xbox One since launch and using Kinect to turn on the console and to open apps has been very useful.

I believe NHL 09 had custom soundtracks and that's an EA Sports title. Otherwise there does seem to be a lack of custom soundtracks.

This could be a big blow to Microsoft. Considering they were looking to appeal to the more casual market, it was the only 'party' game exclusive to the Xbox 360 and now they've lost it.

Couldn't agree more. The amount of money we've had to splash out on either one and, in some cases, all three consoles this generation is higher than ever and I'm sure it will continue with the likes of Project Natal to come soon.
I played Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games and (as I expected), it proved to be a fairly poor title. I don't expect this to be any better. :/
Titanfall was competing in an already cluttered market (with the likes of Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Gears of War, etc.).
Tomb Raider is more or less in a league of its own on the Xbox, whereas PlayStation has Uncharted.
