i have a ps3 and i never game on it.just browse and watch movies on it.wots wrong with that?sony doesnt care..hell they market it as a multi-function machine.
i could easily just rent SD movies and stream videos to my xbox.but i dont.i think the ps3 is better at it.plus i like to hear what im watching.my xbox sounds like the runway at heathrow airport.

i own both.13 months after i bought my xbox it red ringed.i sent it away to get fixed (free of charge).it took 2 weeks.and during that time i bought cod4 for the ps3 and played it online.i couldnt get my xbox back quick enough.
and i couldnt be the only one that thinks like that.regardless of hardware issues,xbl still maintains and grows its current userbase.

i totally bought my ps3 for the blu-rays.its the lowest spec launch phat ps3.i mean,who the hell would buy a ps3 at launch for the games?! pleeeeese, resistance fall of man was a launch title!

if you take the japanese sales out of the totals(which you should when you compare,simply because it got a 2months headstart and the xbox is non existant there) then the sales are just about level.
and considering that it was FF first venture onto the xbox..it was a huge success.and a lot of xbox360 owners had never played it before.

the game is garbage.i dont even know what genre to class it in.the demo alone was a snooze fest.its up there with haze and resistance for the worst first party IP on the ps3.it makes no effort wotsoever to utilise any of the ability of the ps3.very lazy work!
