..........what? are you serious? NO INNOVATION IN WRITING ??? They literally made a character do a 360 but still keeping what made that character who he was at his core, and managed to display it in an ENTIRELY NEW FORMAT of the one-shot cinematic video game.
Gameplay-wise they rebuilt the series from the ground up, provided a near-perfect mix of linear RPG gameplay with strong open-world elements and managed to give realm travel the gravitas it deserved.
