There was a downgrade? My budget pc plays it on ultra with hairworks enabled and it almost looks as good as the cgi trailers. People thought a cgi trailer was gameplay footage and are blaming cdpr for their own ignorance.
Sad part is that the graphics aren't the Achilles heel of Bethesda, that would be playability. Past experience dictates that a wise person has to wait to see if the game is playable at launch. Definitely. What compares? This game released in a playable state so Skyrim is out, have to also mention the stupid, immersion breaking leader of the fighters, thieves and mages guild. Dragon age, no these guys prove that Bioware suck at story writing, come on, singing like a bunch of mary's at Haven. No logic to the world, it's like a bloody Disney movie, if Disney came out of the closet. Those two games are the closest to the best and that's not saying much.
