This is why I don't see this ever happening. Nintendo's characters all kind of go hand-in-hand with each other. They all live in a similar universe. With Sony's first party characters, they are all so different from each other.

The Vita hasn't even launched yet and you want them to stop supporting it? The PS3 could very well be entering its final year before we see the PS4. Its not smart for them to throw all their resources into the PS3 at this point.
Give us a good mix of PS3 and Vita games until its time for the PS4.

Yep, I definitely agree that is going to be one of Sony's first projects now that they have full control over the mobile division.

When you're in the car, the controller screen could act as the dashboard of the car you're driving. You can control the radio, windshield wipers, blinkers... stuff like that.
I think that would be a neat idea.
This is why I don't buy all the talk about dedicated gaming handhelds going by the way-side.
We're coming off a generation where the the PSP and the DS combined for well over 200 million units sold. The 3DS is outpacing the original DS and people thousands of people were lining up just to get their pre-order in for the Vita.

Buy out someone like T-Mobile or BlackBerry, open a new studio dedicated to developing exclusive games for their phone, maybe have the phone preloaded with a F2P Pokemon game or something, that you can play on Facebook, then bring it with you on the go. Can you imagine the piles of cash they would rake in with something like that?
Nintendo seems kind of stubborn. The industry is going through a change right now. Sony and Microsoft seem to be more than prepared ...
Apparently Nintendo has over 13 billion dollars that they could choose to spend on acquisitions. They really should consider buying out someones mobile division and move forward with a Nintendo branded smart phone. That would be their best move right now in my opinion.
There's actually already a pretty cool level inspired by Uncharted. The environments and puzzles are very well done.

Someone really should step it up and make a huge Uncharted level with accurate environments and cinematic events. I just wish I had the skill to do something that big. :P
