I'm glad that they at least had a chance to play it rather than just talk about it. Experience is something that might add a lot more to the discussion than broad generalizations that both parties are so privy to.
They should really just think about training their people better.

I think I'm of the mindset to buy the game, but only after there's an Ultimate/Complete edition and for sale at half off. It'll be worth something, but just not $60 and much less paying EA day one.
Typical EA philosophy: Sell a broken game or sell half of one. There's no in between because there's no thought to the consumer.
